[US] Kanye enlists fans to identify fake employee found on his payroll

Rapper, producer and presidential hopeful Kanye West has reportedly found a fake employee on his payroll and nobody seems to know how she got there. The mogul looked to his fans for help identifying Lauren Greenfield, who appears on the payroll as his "Music Consultant." It is not clear, at present, how long Kanye has been giving Ms Greenfield a pay cheque. 

The news broke in the early hours of September 14 when Kanye sent out a tweet asking, "Has anyone ever heard of this person?” explaining that he had just found a fake employee on his payroll. Kanye - recently listed as a billionaire by Forbes -  included a screenshot of the name Lauren Greenfield, together with the title "Music Consultant." Jokes and speculation ensued with a few familiar names joining in with the fun. Movieweb reports the story together with an update on Mr West’s presidential run.
