The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) have updated the above guidance, taking into account that from the 6th of April 2020, the reference period is now 52 weeks when it was previously 12.
This guidance explains how to calculate statutory holiday pay for workers without fixed hours or fixed rates of pay. It is supplemental to the “Holiday entitlement” guidance that is on gov.uk and explains how to calculate holiday pay for the majority of workers.
Both are for use by employers and workers.
