Overview of payroll in Russia Overview of payroll in Russia

Russia has a modern labour code however some areas are complex and not well understood and failure to comply is punitive. Compliance issues include failure to meet the salary calculation deadlines, and failure to have the correct HR documentation and procedures.

This course is designed to give delegates a greater understanding of the calculations, HR processes that affect pay and benefits as well as the general day to day payroll tasks and reporting requirements.
