Meet the presenters 

 

Ruairi Kelleher, CEO of Immedis

Ruairi Kelleher is CEO of Immedis and a member of the company’s Board of Directors. He joined the wider Clune Group (formerly Taxback Group) in 2012 and was an integral part of the re-positioning and launch of Immedis in 2016. Ruairi is responsible for the corporate direction, strategy, and M&A activity at Immedis, enabling the senior leadership team to drive innovation in international payroll and tax services.

Since joining the company, Ruairi has worked to share the strategy and vision with employees, customers, partners, and the wider global payroll industry to promote a new vision of global payroll consolidation through global tax expertise and integrated agile technologies.

 

Lee Hamilton-McIntyre, Partner at Blick Rothenberg 

Lee has over 20 years experience in international mobility, expatriate tax and employment tax. He works with a diverse range of international organisations, from small owner managed businesses through to large multi-national corporation and non-profit organisations. Lee delivers co-ordinated, joined-up global mobility tax, international social security and payroll advice across many territories globally. He is a published writer on international tax matters, notably the Tiley & Collinson UK Tax Guide.

 

 

Graham Wylie, VP Marketing International at ADP 

Based in the UK, Graham leads a team working in 15 countries with responsibility for ADP Global Payroll and local HCM solutions across Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific. He works closely with clients, partners and industry associations around the world to improve understanding of the opportunities and challenges inherent in Global Payroll. He is co-host of the Global Payroll Association podcast ‘Women in Payroll’ available now on all major podcast platforms.

 

Ivan Chaney, Senior Director, Global Strategy at Ceridian 

Ivan Chaney has over 20 years of Global HR and HR Software experience. In his current position at Ceridian, Ivan plans and implements the global strategy used in Dayforce, Ceridian’s award-winning HCM Solution, for over 4,000 customers in more than 150 countries. Before joining Ceridian, Ivan worked for Ultimate Software and helped to define the Global Strategy. Before that he was working at INFOR, a global HR software provider as a Global Product Manager, spending his time to evangelize and localize Infor HR solutions in more than 20 countries, essentially in Europe, Africa and North America. Previously he had different roles in European companies from consulting, presales, product Management (Magn’Ulteam, SOPRA). He was also responsible for HRMS implementation while working for Taylor Nelson Sofres, a global market research specialist firm. Ivan’s unique combination of experience in working as an HR professional, an HR consultant, and an HR and HCM software product manager gives him a deep understanding of what companies need in a global HCM solution.

 

Mary Holland CPP, CCO Payslip      

Mary is a recognized global payroll professional and has held leadership roles in Global Payroll Leadership & Operations, Finance, Stock Equity, Global Mobility, Project Management and enterprise customer service.

Mary leads the client implementations team and customer success team at Payslip, ensuring global clients are boarded onto our global payroll technology platform with speed and efficiency along with industry-leading customer support.

 

Ronan Conlon, Finance Operations Manager at AMCS Group

Ronan is an FCCA Qualified Accountant, and IPASS qualified payroll professional with 12 years’ experience across a number of different industries, in SME’s and multi-national companies.
Ronan is Finance Operations Manager at AMCS Group, based in their HQ in Ireland, with responsibility for global operating costs and payroll.

AMCS offer a cloud based SAAS Platform for the resource management, waste collection and recycling industries, and currently have employees in 12 countries, across North America, Europe and ANZ. They have increased both their headcount and global footprint significantly in the last few years through organic growth and acquisitions.

 

Debbie Piacitelli, Global Payroll Lead at W.L. Gore & Associations

Deborah is a skilled Global Payroll Professional with deep knowledge and understanding of multinational payroll transactions.  Currently leading the global payroll team at W. L. Gore & Associates, Deborah has over 25 years of payroll experience in both public and private industries.  Deborah leverages her strong compliance lens to build, implement, and evaluate end-to-end effective, audit-ready processes.  Deborah is also a highly effective mentor, coach, and leader of high-performing virtual teams that consistently deliver accurate results. A champion of change management and process improvements that promote scaling for sustainable growth, Deborah is also a resourceful, collaborative communicator who values building trusted partnerships to support business-oriented strategic goals.

Deborah holds a B.A. in Music from Boston University, an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management, a Graduate Certificate in Accounting from Bentley College, is a Certified Payroll Professional and holds a Certificate in Global Payroll Management.
