Sara Savidge
With over 25 years in the payments and banking industry, Sara recently joined TransferMate Global Payments as Chief Revenue Officer responsible for development and execution of the global Go-To-Market strategy, sales / partner / channel agenda along with protecting and growing revenue. Sara has worked for many of the world’s leading Financial Services / Fintech brands including Barclays, Royal Bank of Scotland Group, AIB Merchant Services and most recently First Data now Fiserv. With a deep understanding of the payments eco-system, industry trends, risks and challenges; Sara and her teams continue to support and guide clients across the globe to ensure cross-border payments are processed quickly, efficiently and at the lowest possible cost providing greater transparency, improved reconciliation and a superior user experience.
Ruairi Kelleher
Ruairi Kelleher is CEO of Immedis and a member of the company’s Board of Directors. He joined the wider Taxback Group in 2012 and was an integral part of the re-positioning and launch of Immedis in 2016.
Ruairi is responsible for the corporate direction, strategy and M&A activity at Immedis, enabling the senior leadership team to drive innovation in international payroll and tax services through our cloud-based solution, Immedis. Since joining the company, Ruairi has worked to share the strategy and vision with employees, clients, partners and the wider global payroll industry to promote a new vision of global payroll consolidation through global tax expertise and integrated agile technologies.
Rick Hammell
Rick Hammell is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Elements Global Services. He has extensive experience in HR having served as a Director of Human Resources and Chief Operating Officer before launching his own business. Under his leadership, Elements Global Services has pioneered a new business model for the global employment industry and has become one of the fastest growing, risk diverse and high profit Employer of Record service providers in the sector. Rick is shepherding Elements Global Services through its transition from start up to scale up by further diversifying the company into innovative and custom-built HR technology platforms, intelligence platforms and e-commerce products.
