Ken Hertzler

Head of Product Marketing International, ADP
Ken Hertzler is responsible for product marketing of ADP’s international products and solutions.  He is responsible for the latest push from ADP on the company’s global payroll initiatives.   With over 30 years of experience in information technology in product development and product marketing roles, Ken as helped global marketing operations in both mid-sized and global companies deliver substantial top line growth and cost efficiencies.  Before joining ADP he also helped create value and successful exits for 4 private equity owned software technology global firms, including exits to IBM, Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, and WorldPay.  He currently writes and speaks for a number of events.

 

Paul Wickens

Paul Wickens is a Senior Solutions Consultant at ADP, global provider of Employer Services solutions. Paul specialises in supporting clients with selecting the most appropriate mix of technology and services to support their plans for Global HCM, WFM and Payroll.

Paul  has 12 years of experience with ADP, always working in the MNC space and has seen ADP expand its global services significantly in that time. Previously to ADP, Paul worked for 10 years in the HCM practice of one of the large ERP providers and before that in a variety of technical roles with local payroll providers. Paul graduated with a BA Honours in Business Management from Middlesex University.

Paul lives in Berkshire and in his spare time loves to play tennis, kite surf and ski.
