The potential of payroll
The pandemic highlighted the strengths of payroll teams. They rose to challenges, such as implementing complex furlough schemes across global teams, in just a few weeks. But payroll teams faced more challenges than furlough. The latest research from ADP found that almost half of all payrollers struggled to maintain the accuracy and timeliness of pay, data security protocols and compliance. This in-depth payroll survey looks at how well organisations around the world met, and continue to meet, the challenges created by the pandemic. It highlights the need for change in order to build resilience, optimise operations and reduce risk in the future, and how companies need to be clear about what they want to see from any global payroll transformation in order to achieve this. Discover more in this session from ADP's Graham Wylie.

This session will help to demystify all of the two and three letter acronyms that are being discussed in HR and Finance teams today.

Global payroll data and C-suite execution excellence
Global payroll data always contains a vast amount of actionable business insight. It is now being demanded at board level as leadership teams seek additional insight on total labor expense by country location, region and globally. Now is the time to unlock payroll data so it can be used to influence the current and future strategic direction of the organization.
