The New UAE Labour Law

The Gateley employment team in association with Global Payroll Association are delighted to host a UAE Labour Law training session on November 10, 2022.

The session will look back on how the UAE Labour Law and the payroll practices have historically evolved. The session will highlight the new amendments of the Labour Law that have had a big impact on businesses, primarily focusing on articles influencing payroll such as types of contract, flexible work models, non-compete clause, probation regulations, leave entitlement and end-of-service gratuity.

Our employment expert will also be discussing the new Emiratization regulations and the DIFC Employee Workplace Savings Scheme.
