Meet Presenters
Adrian Morrissey, Commercial Director EMEA, Immedis
Adrian has over 10 years experience in global business roles, with a keen focus on business development and customer relationship management. As part of his international experience, Adrian spent two years in New York managing the compliance and legal division for a major, global firm for their North American operations. Prior to his current role, Adrian was an Associate Director with an international executive search firm where he supported major global asset managers and banks on exclusive mandates at Director and Managing Director level across the US, Europe and APAC.
Now fully immersed in the Payroll industry, and backed by extensive global business knowledge, Adrian is responsible for new customer growth; consulting global businesses of the multitude of benefits that come with a global unified payroll platform – ultimately advising on the best approaches for global payroll success.
Julie Smith, Indirect Procurement Leader at JCS Global Partners
Julie Smith is a welcomed member of our Payroll community that brings a different perspective to help us all. A leading Procurement professional for more than a decade, she has worked in global roles supporting HR in FTSE 100/ Fortune 500 companies such as BAT, Syngenta, PMI, as well as both the travel and insurance industries across the world.
Having worked on several multi country payroll projects end to end, she brings a depth of experience on how to - approach and manage payroll projects, choosing and partnering with suppliers, navigating the stakeholder landscape as well as the ever changing technology ecosystem. As a trained Facilitator and Change Management practitioner, Julie can drive payroll change to success. Procurement is here to support the Payroll team in any organisation. Julie will share how to do this effectively, pragmatically and demonstrate the benefits of partnering with Procurement.
Bob Rehill, Founder & CEO at Bob Rehill & Associates
Bob Rehill is an independent and highly respected project consultant who is recognised as a HR & Payroll market influencer and advisor. With over 20 years’ experience helping clients across all sectors with Business Cases, Selection and Implementation of new HR, Payroll and Finance Technology. Including changes to processes, operating models and set up of Global Shared Services.
Bob started his career as a Trainee Accountant, which included hands on running of payrolls for companies ranging from 500 employees to 10,000, before becoming a Management Accountant. Bob then moved on to other senior roles, supporting organisations at Board and Senior Management Level with mergers and acquisitions integration and divestments.
More recently Bob, together with his global associate network, have run large scale HR, Payroll and Finance transformation projects with clients across the globe, including the U.S, APAC, Europe, Middle East and Asia. With clients operating in 1 to 76 countries, ranging from 1000 to 100,000 employees.
