Sasi Pancha

Sasi Panchal’s corporate experience spans over 20+ years in the pharmaceutical industry where she led diverse global teams to successfully deliver R&D change projects.  It was during delivery of a major change programme that she experienced coaching and it’s transformational impact on her leadership and her team’s performance. This began her journey as a coach. During her time at GSK as internal coach Sasi coached individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds as part of leadership development programmes. The programme helped to accelerate the progression of individuals from diverse backgrounds through the talent pipeline.


Sasi runs a business consultancy practise offering a variety of service, including: executive leadership coaching in the following sectors; corporate, public higher and executive education, finance, NHS, sports and private clients. Sasi’s style is respectful, compassionate and authentic. She offers a healthy mix of challenge and accountability to support clients to create meaningful and sustainable behavioural and cognitive change.
