For nearly 20 years, Tracy Micciche has helped companies achieve world-class performance in global systems for payroll, mobility, travel expense and human resources. Her experience includes leading global transformations through creation of end-state visions, evaluation of sourcing strategies, redesigning operational processes, evaluating software products, and managing large-scale global implementation projects. A certified payroll practitioner (CPP), Tracy’s specialties also include expatriate management. She is a frequent lecturer on the topic of global payroll.
Danielle White is Collaborative Solutions’ VP Global Customer Engagement. She brings over 20 years of HR Transformation experience across commercial and public sector industries to this role. Her prior roles across the Delivery and Strategy practices at Collaborative enable her to support customers by ensuring thought leadership, delivery, and account support are founded in the challenges facing customers today. Danielle’s M&A experience spans leading Workday integration activities as well as having been through acquisitions as the acquired and the acquirer.
