In Serbia the national minimum wage has increased by 9.4 per cent, Mondaq reports.

The government of Serbia increased the minimum wage by 9.4 per cent for 2022. Meaning that the minimum wage for the period of January 2022 until December 2022 will be set at RSD 201.22 net per hour. 

The minimum wage for the country is based on the latest macroeconomic data available and projections for the coming period.

This increase will apply to workers throughout Serbia, including locally hired foreign nationals in the country.
