Strada has announced the appointment of Colin Brennan as its Chief Executive Officer. Strada officially launched in July 2024 following the spin-off of the payroll and professional services business from Alight Solutions, Mr Brennan’s appointment marks a significant milestone.
He brings nearly three decades of experience in the digital and human resources sectors with a proven track record of accelerating growth and business transformation.
Mr Brennan’s experience reportedly includes over 27 years with Strada’s predecessor organisations including Alight Solutions and Aon Hewitt, where he served as Chief Customer Officer, Chief Product Strategy and Solutions Officer, and President of Payroll and Cloud Solutions. Most recently he served as Chief Revenue Officer at Lumin Digital, a leading fintech company specialising in digital banking solutions.
Strada also announced the appointment of Richard Hanks as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead Strada´s global financial function. Mr Hanks is a highly experienced CFO with a strong track record of growing and transforming global technology and services companies across the US, Europe, and Asia.
He most recently served as CFO at Williams Lea, the global provider of tech-enabled business-critical support services, and, before that, was CFO at Clarivate, a publicly traded global leader in data, analytics and information products and services.
Under Brennan’s leadership as CEO, Strada stated that it will focus on advancing its comprehensive technology and service offerings to address the evolving needs of a diverse, globally dispersed workforce. The company remains committed to driving innovation and delivering exceptional value to over 1,400 clients, a legacy established over the past three decades.
The new CEO will reportedly take an active role in building and expanding strategic partnerships to further accelerate Strada´s business growth. This includes forging new partnerships and strengthening and deepening existing ties with market leaders such as Workday, SAP, and Oracle.
