Or perhaps it is better to create an email alert subscription so that you are alerted to the information as soon as it is published on the gov.uk website.
There were several updates in January 2019 as a result of the renaming of the online “Manage and Register Pension Schemes” service to “Managing Pension Schemes”. All of the updates can be seen on the “Latest Documents” page for pension scheme administration. But the Global; Payroll Association wants to point you to two newsletters:

This newsletter is published by HMRC’s Pension Schemes Services to update administrators on the latest news for pension schemes. The relief at source pension schemes newsletter in January 2019 has articles on:
- The Scottish Budget and the rates of tax and the tax relief available
- Relief at source for Welsh taxpayers given that the Welsh government has confirmed that the rates of tax will be the same for Welsh taxpayers as those in England and Northern Ireland
- The “Notification of residency status report” 2019/20 and the time limits for downloading it once its available
- Excess relief If it is discovered that too much relief at source was claimed for a tax month ending before 5 April 2018
