‘Most valued’ payroll employee of the month

‘Most valued’ payroll employee of the month
30 Sep 2014

Purely Global magazine is celebrating staff in the payroll industry with the launch of a special slot dedicated to our most valued payroll employee. This month meet Laura Heatley from Bral, who works around the clock setting up payroll operations across the globe.

Laura has worked for Bral for over five years and is a trained chartered accountant. Over the last two years she has become a specialist in assisting clients as they expand into multiple territories.

This work has a payroll focus, but Laura has developed a skill set over and above this. She coordinates calls with local specialists in order to understand the best way of structuring a business as well as ensuring payroll compliance. She has co-ordinated the set up of branches or companies as well as payroll, building on her experience of setting up payroll in multiple countries.

In one case, Laura assisted a client who expanded into 18 territories in less than 24 months. This meant making calls from 6am in the morning till 8pm at night, always keeping the needs of the client at the forefront.

If you have a team member or colleague that you would like to nominate as Purely Global’s most valued employee, email mvp@purely-global.com. Monthly nominees will be featured in Purely Global magazine and on the website and will be entered into a yearly final.
