[UK] Help and Support for Tax Agents and Advisers

[UK] Help and Support for Tax Agents and Advisers
09 Dec 2019

HMRC provide support to agents and advisers in the form of online webinars.  These can either be live or pre-recorded.

As well as a lot of information under the title “employing people”, there is information about Brexit, VAT and property as well as links to the various “Tax agent toolkits”.  These can be used to help agents and clients avoid making mistakes on the returns they are required to submit.

On the 2nd of December 2019, the latest pre-recorded webinars for trade losses, basic periods, income from property for individual landlords and capital allowances and vehicles were added.

Whilst we will publish updates to this useful (and free) page, we recommend that agents and advisers subscribe to email alerts.  This will ensure that HMRC contact you directly each time content is published or updated.

Also, it is worthwhile looking at HMRC’s free information on “Tax agent and adviser guidance” and subscribing to email alerts on this one too.
