Career Options Africa Group is a Human Resource (HR) agency founded in Kenya in 2003 initially focused in career advisory services for high school teachers and students. In 2010 we changed our strategic direction INTO Corporate Training with a special emphasis on Leadership, Corporate Leadership and Organizational Development with most of our clients being in the public sector in Kenya.

The Company later expanded to HR Consultancy in 2015 offering advisory services in HR policy, HR strategy, Reward Management and Performance Management. We diversified into HR Outsourcing in operating in 2015 starting with Kenya.

Our journey of expansion started in 2015 when we opened the Tanzania entity followed by Uganda and Rwanda in 2017 and 2019 respectively. Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) entity was opened in 2020 and our newest babies South Africa, South Sudan and Nigeria in 2022 and 2023.
