Changepen is a payroll management platform, that overlays your existing payroll software providing the tools needed to better manage your payroll.  Our platform gives your team time back, as we take care of the data collection and data processing.  We provide you with full visibility of every payroll, anytime, anywhere, making us your one-stop-payroll-shop.

 

Changepen was initially founded and developed to solve the problem of managing payroll scheduling, and the sharing of payroll data changes between a payroll service and its clients, as experienced by our co-founders when working within payroll bureaus.  We are continuing to work alongside a selection of forward thinking bureaus and accountants, who actively contribute their requirements into the product direction ensuring that there is a continual challenge to improve the product, therefore improving the efficiency of our clients.

 

To date, this has resulted in the following additions to the platform:

  • Message Hub, helping to manage communication with clients.
  • Query Hub - a payroll query management tool
  • File Hub - an area of upload and store payroll documents. 

 

Our clients have seen a huge reduction in time spent between receiving the payroll changes to generating the payslips, giving them more time to focus on their customers.
