Dataplan has provided outsourced payroll services since 1969 and works with businesses, charities and education establishments across the UK.

We provide a fully managed service, including payroll, pension management and HR services (for schools) delivering a reliable, efficient, and personal service.

We love doing the difficult stuff.

We do all types of payroll, but where we excel is the complex ones; that's why in 2007, we set up our Education division to help schools, academies, and trusts deal with the challenges of education payroll and pensions. In 2020, we extended this service to provide HR administration and advisory services for schools.

Another area of expertise is hospitality. Payrolls are often weekly, with lots of seasonality, zero-hours contracts and non-UK nationals. All of this leads to pretty complex payrolls that must be managed efficiently and quickly. Our latest service Troncmasters.co.uk provides independent tronc services to the hospitality sector.
